The wait stood out
The turnaround was the part that stood out: the service was completed, but the wait felt much longer than I expected. The result itself was fine, and the process went smoothly once it was underway. I did find the English a little hard to follow at times, and a clearer place to check progress would have made the experience feel more profesional. So I'm not unhappy with what I received, but the delay and lack of live features kept it from feeling like an easy five-star experience. I'd call it acceptable, with room to improve.
