A rough surprise

What a letdown: after I tried to withdraw, my account was banned and I couldn't get the money out. That left me wary of playing here.

Still no clear answer

My deposit showed as completed, but nothing appeared in the game account. Trying to get help only made the experience more frustrating; the replies didn't address what I was asking. I still had no clear resolution, so I wouldn't feel comfortable putting more money into it.
