Deleting the account wasn't enough

I am absolutely furious with my experience with this hosting provider, and I will never use their services again. I have been a paying customer for several months, hosting a multiplayer game server. Recently, I manually paid an outstanding hosting invoice. The payment was successfully processed, the money was taken from my account, and the invoice was marked as paid. Two days later, I logged into my hosting account and discovered that my service had been marked **TERMINATED**. Not suspended. Not undergoing maintenance. **Terminated.** No refund. No explanation. No functioning service. What makes this situation particularly infuriating is that members of my gaming community contributed their own hard-earned money to help keep the server operational. That money could have gone toward groceries, a meal, or something else they needed. Instead, they trusted me to use it to maintain something our community could enjoy together. **And that's exactly what I did.** I paid the invoice, kept the receipt, and fulfilled my responsibility. Now I'm left with a terminated hosting service, no refund, and no confirmation that our server files or player progress are even recoverable. I understand that the invoice was overdue. However, the provider's billing system still accepted and processed my payment. If a company accepts payment for a service, I expect either the service to be provided or a clear explanation of why it cannot be, along with an appropriate resolution. **I should not have to chase a hosting provider to find out why my money was accepted while my service is terminated.** This situation has completely destroyed my confidence in this company. I have made the decision to permanently move my community to another hosting provider. Regardless of how this situation is ultimately resolved, I will not be purchasing another service from this company. And before anyone says, "It's only a small amount of money," that's not the point. **It's not about how much money was involved. It's about the principle.** When people trust you with their hard-earned money, you have a responsibility to treat that trust seriously. I take that responsibility seriously with my community, and I expect businesses I pay to demonstrate the same level of accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hosting provider. **Absolutely unacceptable.**

Couldn't get connected

A fresh server install wouldn't connect, and basic settings were missing. Support hadn't sorted it out when I checked in; not a good start.

Incredibly poor customer service

Incredibly poor customer service and intentionally bed Customer support on there discord you'd think there job was to ignore tickets

The service is terrible

The service is terrible. They try to avoid answering your support tickets. Or they blame you for letting the time limit exceed 24 hours, then ask you to cancel the plan so you don't get the promised refund. The connection is completely unstable.

Unsubscribing from these guys is a PITA

Unsubscribing from these guys is harder than your local gym membership. They will neglect your customer support tickets until your next billing date, allow you delete your account without actually stopping the recurring payments and then continue to ignore the issue. Avoid like the plague.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by XGaming Server. My server was shut down without any prior notice, warning, or confirmation. There was absolutely no communication before the termination, which caused immediate disruption to my project and community. This kind of sudden action is unacceptable for any hosting provider that manages active services. Even more concerning is that the server was taken offline before any proper refund confirmation or formal communication process had been completed. Although the refund was eventually processed successfully, it does not justify the lack of transparency, communication, or basic professional standards. A hosting provider should always provide clear warnings and allow customers time to respond before taking such drastic actions. In this case, none of that was done. Overall, the experience has been very poor and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this service based on how this situation was handled.

Terrible experience i got a isle evrima server and cant even connect to it right off the start. also missing half of the config a normal server would have. tried sending a refund request and its been 9 hours with no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. it is 100% a scam

Mettre une étoile, c’est sévère, mais malheureusement c’est la réalité de mon expérience. Je ne dis pas qu’il n’y a aucune bonne volonté. Le support répond et essaie de chercher des solutions. Le problème, c’est que tout est beaucoup trop lent, et pendant ce temps, le client paye. On sent clairement qu’il y a très peu de personnes pour gérer les tickets, donc même avec de la bonne volonté, les délais s’allongent et toi tu restes bloqué. Le vrai souci, c’est qu’à ce prix-là, le service devrait être fonctionnel sur les bases essentielles dès le départ. Or ici, j’ai eu l’impression de devoir construire moi-même le service, étape par étape, à coups de tickets support. Pour des éléments pourtant fondamentaux, comme la visibilité publique du serveur, certaines lignes n’étaient même pas présentes de base, certains réglages essentiels n’étaient pas prêts, et il fallait fouiller, tester, attendre, relancer, puis recommencer. En résumé, on n’achète pas vraiment une solution prête à l’emploi : on fait plutôt de l’assemblage progressif avec le support. Peut-être que si on reste deux ou trois mois, à force de tickets, on finit par obtenir quelque chose de correct. Mais justement, ce n’est pas normal. À ce tarif, ce travail ne devrait pas reposer sur le client. Au final, j’ai perdu du temps, de l’énergie, et un mois payé pour un service qui aurait dû être bien plus prêt dès le départ. C’est pour cela que je mets cette note. Je reviens également préciser un dernier point : dès que j’ai décidé de résilier mon abonnement, mon serveur a été clôturé immédiatement alors que l’échéance n’était pas encore arrivée. Il restait encore quelques jours de service payés. Certes, il ne restait que 3 ou 4 jours, mais ils avaient quand même été réglés. Couper le service avant son terme payé, ce n’est plus seulement un mauvais fonctionnement, c’est carrément abusif. Donc après cette dernière phase le 1 étoile est encore trop pour ce service.
