Left without an answer
Really disappointing... I reached out about a problem and never got a useful response. Being left without any clear resolution was the worst part.

Return went nowhere
The return was treated as if it never shipped, even after I sent tracking proof. The replacement was canceled, so I had to pursue the refund elsewhere. Really frustrating.

Replacement never came
The replacement never came after a broken chain, and messages went unanswered. A refund had to be chased through the marketplace instead. Very frustrating.

Broken chain
Broken chain, I emailed support and they responded return it. So I returned it with label Amazon sent me. They said I never shipped it. I have proof I did even sent them my tracking info it was delivered. They canceled my replacement and kept my $292. I need to wait and have Amazon manually refund me. Nothing but crickets after messaging and calling them. Like talking to a brick wall. I hope Amazon drops them.
