What kinds of competitions do reviewers mention?

Reviews refer to draws for cash, cars, holidays, tools, electronics and other prizes. Some reviewers also mention instant-win entries and live draws.

Do entries come with instant-win chances?

Many reviewers describe instant wins, including cash and smaller prizes. Other reviewers say they have entered without winning, so reviews show that outcomes vary.

Are the competitions easy to enter?

One reviewer describes the site as easy and simple to use. Others mention a range of competitions and ticket prices, though some feel the prices are high or question the value.

What do reviewers say about receiving cash prizes?

Several winning reviewers say cash was credited quickly, with some describing same-day or near-immediate payment. These are individual experiences reported by winners, not a guarantee of timing.

How are winners notified, and what happens with physical prizes?

Some winners say they were contacted by phone. Reviews about physical prizes describe updates from the team and, in one case, quick delivery; another reviewer reports a delayed product order and difficulty reaching support.

Are the live draws entertaining?

Several reviewers enjoy watching the live draws, describing them as funny or entertaining. Others say the live videos and the team’s presentation brighten their day.

Do reviewers raise concerns about odds or fairness?

Yes. Some reviewers question the odds, the cost of entries or whether winners are selected fairly, including concerns about repeat or local winners. Other reviewers say they have won from outside the local area, but the reviews do not establish how draws are run.

What should I consider about spending?

Reviews include people who entered without winning, including one who says they spent a substantial amount over time. One reviewer advises being mindful of what you can afford, and another describes stopping after repeated losses. Entry is chance-based, and a win is not assured.

the community side stands out

the community work is what stands out for me. seeing the team put effort into helping locally gives the competitions a bit more heart than just entries and prizes. the live streams can be a laugh too, but it's that community spirit that makes the site feel different.

Drives like a idiot

Drives like a idiot. Cut me up on M4 Westbound just outside Cardiff this morning 16 September 2026. Shocking driving at speed. Ford van, thankfully I can submit the dash cam footage to SW Police.

Well ive been playing with Vortex since…

Well ive been playing with Vortex since they started in 2022, I play quite often ive had a few instant wins, but 2 weeks ago I won a ford transit van for £9.80. Unbelivable feeling. I never thought I'd win a main prize, I was just trying for the instant wins.. moral of the story is its only takes one number simple as that. So thanks again VORTEX TEAM your doing a great job changing peoples lives 👏 top job!!!

Scam !!!!

There odds are disgusting to many numbers and the prices are ridiculous add the numbers and the price up in total for a car they charge insane, nitrous competitions are better don’t buy from these rip off and they edit instant wins when the raffle not doing well they can add and remove instant wins when they want to !!!!!!

Absolutely appalling experience

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered the Vortex Air five days ago based on their website advertising "next-day delivery," but I still haven't received it. The customer service is entirely non-existent. I was advised to download the "Shop" app to track the order, but once downloaded, there is absolutely no option to track it. I have called their customer service number (01621 928946) multiple times, and it always goes straight to voicemail. I left messages, but no one calls back. I then sent written messages and only received an automated reply with a request reference number 147951, but zero actual human response. I am baffled as to how this company has a 4-star rating on Trustpilot. Do not trust the rating. This is shocking, customer service. If my order is not delivered or fully refunded immediately, I will be initiating a chargeback dispute through my bank for goods not received. Order Number: 134771
