Depuis quelques semaines dégradations du services

Depuis quelques semaines, leur façon d’acheter semble avoir changé, et malheureusement la qualité du service s’est nettement dégradée. Tout fonctionnait pourtant très bien auparavant, mais récemment, on a vraiment l’impression qu’ils cherchent avant tout à maximiser leurs profits, quitte à faire passer l’expérience client au second plan. C’est dommage, car j’étais jusque-là très satisfait de leurs services.
