A goal finally in reach

A long-standing achievement finally in reach... I didn't have the time or confidence to tackle it on my own, but the group made the boss-by-boss goals understandable instead of turning the run into a blur. Getting the mount at the end was a lovely bonus, and I actually enjoyed seeing how the team handled the fights. Not just a box ticked for me; it felt like a chance to take part in content I would've otherwise missed. The whole thing left me grinning. That made the whole thing worthwhile.

Really IMPRESSED by how well the run was coordinated around a busy schedule. The booking conversation was clear, replies came quickly, and the team explained what was needed before we started. Once the raid began, everything felt organized rather than rushed, with friendly communication and efficient play throughout. The clear instructions made it easy to follow along, and the run finished smoothly without unnecessary delays. Paid for last two bosses of Venomous…

Paid for last two bosses of Venomous Abyss. Koppero was the manager. Got to the last boss and they asked me to sit out bc of difficulty. No problem. First group got three pieces of loot. My group on the kill? One piece of loot. They bought in less unsaved buyers distinctly for the faster kill bc of the the time of day screwing those who paid. Every saved run offers minimum 2-3 pieces of loot. Ive had bad experiences with them before and thought id give them another chance. There are better options out there.

Scammed, abused by Koppero, kicked from discord when asked for a refund

Bought a 7/8 heroic venomous abyss carry and agreed on no competition for the tier tokens. After 3 bosses, the seller (Koppero) added a new person who competed with me on tier, and then lied to me saying they were an alt despite taking payment from the new character. When I asked for a new run, i was berated and abused in messaged by the seller and staff and they attempted to force me to stay in the run despite changing the conditions. Only after I made an issue ticket did they refund me, but they then told every other seller to not book me and blacklist me - despite them being the ones who attempted to scam me. When I opened a ticket with another group on the server, they kicked me from the discord.

Did not finish raid

Runs are typically smooth and have little to no issues. Bought the 3 raid heroic bundle. Made it through the entire 2nd raid up until the last boss. Got booted at the last boss with no communication, and was never reinvited. Didn't get the last boss nor did I get the 3rd raid. Support was little to no help and told me to, "stay tuned." Disappointed in a company I have come to enjoy supporting when confronted with an issue.
