Days of delay, waste of money The new ban system is based on accept the punishment because we won't solve the dispute within the 72 hours. After 72 hours, the ban is automatocally accepted. Thus pay us more to catch back up with no way to arbitrate disputes.  They don't care about loyal customers. In a couple of years they have no solid fanbase.
