The code I received wouldn't redeem, and getting help went nowhere... Support replied at first but didn't investigate or offer a solution, then the conversation stopped. That left me without a clear next step and uneasy about the purchase. I expected the problem to be looked into, not brushed aside.
Everything was going well with the service... until I was sent 3 Steam codes that had already been used. I contacted customer support, and they claimed it was a regional issue—even though it was clear that the codes provided to me had already been redeemed. They’re essentially washing their hands of the matter: they offer no solution and don’t even bother to investigate whether there was an error in their delivery system. I do not recommend them.

I have ordered 5000tl razer gold turkey pin and it’s redeemed so I contacted razer gold support and they told me that the pin was redeemed 6 months after i bought it so it’s definitely not me , and then I contacted token store support they answered me at first (they thought that I didn’t know how to redeem it) and I have replied that I know how to redeem but the pin is redeemed, they stopped responding , that’s unprofessional behaviour and can’t be from a big website like token store
I placed an order on tokenstore.io on September 16, 2026, and completed the payment using cryptocurrency through the Arbitrum network. My Order ID is #2283727. The transaction was fully confirmed and successful on-chain, but the website has failed to deliver my gift card code. It has been two days and my customer service inquiries have been completely ignored. If Tokenstore is a legitimate platform, please check my Order ID #2283727 immediately and either issue a full refund to my crypto wallet or deliver my valid gift card code. I will keep this 1-star warning review active across all crypto forums until this is fully resolved.

I placed an order on tokenstore.io for a Steam gift card and completed the payment using USDC. The digital card was never delivered. Over the past several days, I reached out to customer support three separate times—twice through the contact form on their website and once via email. I have not received a single reply or acknowledgment to any of my inquiries. Paying with crypto means there is no built-in chargeback protection, so a complete lack of delivery and support communication makes this a very frustrating experience although everything is written in the blockchain. I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience, though I will update this review if the merchant responds and resolves the issue.
Buy from them at your own risk. If you encounter any issues, you are on your own. Customer service is a wack. You gave a link for redeeming and guess what. Link doesn’t work. I asked them and they said country restrictions. Yet i have always been buying. Now i lost my money because nobody will help. They reply you once or twice and that’s it forever.
