Login details that didn't match

The account details didn't work, and getting them sorted was a frustrating dead end. The login information I was given didn't match, and after asking for help I was left waiting without a useful reply. That made the purchase feel like a gamble rather than a shortcut into playing. I expected at least a clear answer about what could be done, but never got one. A working account is the whole point, and I shouldn't have had to chase someone just to get usable details.

Those guys are SCAMMERS! BE AWARE! I bought account which was PERMABANNED! After 2 days of messages they REFUNDED PARTIALY AND WITH SOME BULLSHIT COINS THATS COMPLETLY USSELES. AVOID THIS SCAMMERS AT ALL COST!

these people are jokes, so i havent been active for a while,an ive graduated school. now playstation has suspended the email for illegal something something .they knew this bullshit will happen and they are now telling me bullshit about 14 days what the actuaal hell:Unfortunately we only offer 14 days of ban warranty.
