Looking at 52 reviews, opinions about the overall experience are mixed. Some customers find the app easy and enjoyable to use, and some describe betting and head-to-head play positively. Reviewers who report successful withdrawals often say ACH was faster, and a few note improvements in service and payout processing....
However, many customers describe serious difficulty accessing winnings, including lengthy identity verification, delayed or missing checks, withdrawal limits, and payouts that remain unresolved. Some say faster ACH withdrawals require paid membership. Support is often described as slow or unhelpful, including in reports about account access and bet settlement.

A bit mixed - the head-to-head picks were enjoyable, but cashing out felt like a separate hurdle. The game side was easy to get into; the available withdrawal route depended on a membership or waiting for a check, which took some fun out of it. That balance didn't quite work for me.
It took about 8 months for my withdrawal to finally work ive had to email them so many different times they said they finally sent the check I should receive it in a few days my withdrawal was 100 let's hope it actually comes and dosnt bounce when I deposit it this app is fun and easy to use but super stressful when it comes to withdrawal and extremely lame you have to wait for a check or pay for premium ive gamble on plenty of sights and almost none of them send a check this is one of the first times ive had to get a check its super lame and takes way to much time I should be able to withdrawal my money as fast as I can deposit it
It took almost a year for my account to be verified. There’s no customer support chat and emails will sometimes take weeks to get a response. Will not be using slips ever again.
You guys have definitely improved on your customer service. It was terrible before.
It was easy to cashout some of my winnings. Of course if you don't want to wait for a check you have to become a premium member .
My experience was great was trying to do a check withdrawal , but was taking forever for support to review it .... So instead slips upgraded my account for free for a month so I could do ACH and had my money in 2 days .... Thank you!!!!!
They finally fixed there app and made everything go smooth with verification and I was able to finally redeem my winnings after the support reached out and made my day. also on top of that they gave me a free months of slippers upgraded subscription paid for by them for my inconvenience and for being patient.. definitely would recommend them to friends and family in the future who love a good smooth predictions and sports betting App 🙌👌👏🙂
Support replies were the sticking point... I waited a long time and still didn't get a useful answer.
