Looking at 54 reviews, most reviewers were very happy with the overall experience. Many praise fast delivery and an easy handoff, with some noting that their orders arrived as requested. Reviewers also frequently describe support as helpful, friendly, and communicative, including when they needed help correcting an order. Some say prices felt reasonable and the ordering process was straightforward....
However, a few customers report delays, including an order described as out of stock after a wait, and one dispute over a promised substitute and voucher value. One reviewer also reported being banned after receiving in-game gold, though the reviews do not establish the cause.

The chat was the part I appreciated most. I had a question about the handoff, and the agent helped me feel at ease; the delivery was prompt too. Nothing complicated, just clear communication and a good result. That made the whole purchase feel much less uncertain.
The agent worked with me to meet in game in a 20 year old game. I like that i didnt get scammed
