the modpack installer made getting my setup going less fiddly than expected. once it was running, my custom pack handled well without the lag i've dealt with elsewhere. there was a small network hiccup, but it seems to have settled; the server has been a solid fit for what i wanted.
My modded server runs well, and support helped me get the setup sorted. The hardware feels like good value for what I needed.
I've been using the server hosting services from Robotic Node for over two years. During the last renewal period, the server panel went down and I was unable to access their services. After trying to contact them on their site through their ticketing system, their Discord server, and even their moderators/staff, I was ultimately unable to reach them for help. Now, not only did I not get the services I purchased but the data is lost as well.
Warning to all, their services have been down for weeks and they have shut down all methods of communication. Their website still works to purchase new services, but they dont work! You will not recieve anything and you will just lose your money. Absolutely ridiculous, they have said NOTHING to their clients at all, NO information has been given. I tried many times each day to reach out to figure out what happened, no response at all. Harrison just ignores you now. The support staff are also in the dark, so what does that say when the staff also have no idea what happened and just ignore you.
They have scammed my business for IT equipment they use. Return requests and then claim we don’t send. We are a highly reviled business on eBay. Know if you work with Harrison Parker and affiliated companies you will be using stolen hardware!

The uptime that is viewed on the website (99.9%) is completely inaccurate, and is closer to around 50-60%, as there is frequently issues with the colocation, as well as poor system admin and frequent DDOS attacks (which despite their advertised ddos protection, is terrible). The hosting services are completely overpriced for what is actually offered, support is basically non existent. CEO has admitted to creating fake cancellation requests from customers who open too many support tickets then deleting all of their data. Edit: His reply is just straight up lies, the same as what their website shows. None of it's true in the slightest.
just and outright bad service and when i cancelled my service for till the end of the month, they cancelled it and wasn’t there anymore, i was gonna put up a report but with how they treated me, big no. Won’t come back and I do not recommend.
Great hardware & support - performs as expected. When they were still on GCore, their DDoS protection was essentially non-existent, so I had to purchase a DDoS protection solution on my own. They've since switched to GSL, which has reportedly resolved this issue - have not tested for myself.
