Could be good but falls flat

As a ex semi highroller on this website, I feel I have a lot to talk about. The site itself is grand, the UI is clean, modes work how they are supposed to well apart from upgrader on mobile being unmovable. However where it truly takes a nose dive is in the rewards system and VIP program or lack there of. There is very little to no rewards to be had I could wager the same on most other sites and receive much more, lossback is incredibly inconsistent this dates back to even before they brought on the new VIP hosts, they say there is a system for this however never truly explain it. Also there is a lack of updates throughout the site and it's remained stagnant for some time, no new games or basic changes every other site has had for a year+. Some staff also like to take ego trips. There is also a lot of drama in the VIP chat and begging for loans, allowing diamonds who constantly beg is probably one of the main reasons I started to see the cracks in the walls. If I win a single battle and it pays I then get inundated with loan requests when these people are supposed to be VIP however there is no attempt to fix this issue, which inevitably leads to people scamming loans. Side note max and snus are great just not given enough budget so there is no real incentive to play there when I can get rewarded better elsewhere.
