No answer after payment
The silence after payment was the part that left me most uneasy. I sent more than one message asking for an update and got no answer, so I had no way to tell whether anything was happening. The site had looked convincing beforehand, which made the lack of follow-through harder to shrug off. I kept checking for a reply, but nothing clarified the situation. Being left in the dark after paying is not a small inconvenience; it made the whole experience feel like a poor risk.
