Another withdrawal left pending. The approval process feels like a dead end when it takes so long and there's no clear answer. I had trouble getting a useful update, which made the whole thing feel uncertain again. Not an experience I'd want to repeat at all. 😕
The support chat went nowhere; getting a reply felt impossible, and I had no way to sort out my issue.
Withdrawals barely even work cause they manually approve everything which takes hours to days, support also barely helps or replies, send a message few days ago and got a reply only 3 days later and nothing after wtf This got to be the worst site in terms of functionality and working, surprised it didnt close down or just shut down
The site literally has the word "scam" banned. The chat is dead at all times, support is non existent and the skin prices are completely butchered. Stay as far away from this SCAM site as possible. This is obviously just another youtuber using his reputation to rugpull his supporters. Stay FAR away from this site!!!
Winning a case battle still left me below the entry cost. The pulls felt poor, so the result never felt like a real win.

Support never responds. I had 2 things to go over and 1 took over a week for a response. I had to curse in the support chat just to get one. Feels rigged, the amount of 50/50, 75/25 lost in a row is to suspicious. Rake back and rewards are almost non existent, there is no benefit to levels really. Nice how they have commission for creating a case and it being opened. Tried to withdraw multiple times but always seems to fail. Overall, the worst or 2nd worst CS2 gambling site I have used. Requested my account deleted and data deleted. Spend over $2000 over a month if that gives people a statistical prospective.
Site is literal trash. First 2 case battles I was able to win but both didn't even come close to the cost of the battle. So, even though I won the battle... I still lost money. The pulls out of the cases are so bad, you will never make your money back. Do not play at this garbage can of a gambling site.
One of the worst site that i have experienced on, have an issues but there was no support team to help.
