Cashout process is far too slow

I spent a lot of time playing, but getting my cashout has been extremely frustrating. I have waited for months while support gives little useful information, and repeated tickets have not solved anything. The rewards may look appealing at first, but I cannot recommend the experience when payment takes this long and communication is so limited.

I've already written a review and just so you know making someone wait for there cashout then expiring it before it ever cleared is definitely against any kind of guidelines. I'll be looking for someone to help take your company down you shouldn't even be aloud to have a gaming app.
