Frustrating once the matches turn

Frustrating when battles start feeling decided by who spends more. I enjoyed the game at first, but facing much stronger opponents took the fun out of it.

Dogshit gaming is a more suitable name!

Dogshit gaming is a more suitable name. Skip over the fact that they are a pay to win company, ruining gaming for kids. You would expect an update to improve gameplay, but you would be wrong, they seem to strive for regress. The game has to many issues to name at this point, so I would not recommend either Raid shadow legends, nor Mech arena! Unless you enjoy frustration or spending hundreds, and I do mean HUNDREDS!!! Having played both for at least a year hoping they would get better, but sadly both games with high potential have only gotten worse.

The routine got stale

The daily routine turned into a chore: the same quests kept coming around, and the pop-up offers made it harder to enjoy a session. I liked the game at first, but the repetition wore me down. Eventually I stopped playing; it felt more focused on pushing purchases than keeping things fresh.

Broken Account Recovery & Support Loop Despite Verified Purchase Receipts (Ticket #7565186) Review Body: I am posting this review to highlight severe issues with Plarium’s account recovery pipeline and customer support continuity for RAID: Shadow Legends. I am a long-time paying player attempting to regain access to an account originally installed in March 2019. Over the course of Support Ticket #7565186, I have been passed between at least three different representatives (Olha, Giovana, Rina). Each handoff resets the conversation, with support claiming they "cannot find the account in the database" and continuously re-requesting information I have already provided. I have supplied: * Official Apple App Store purchase receipts complete with order and tracking numbers. * Original registration date, registered location, device model, and associated email address. Instead of using these verified financial transaction IDs to locate the account on the billing end, support repeatedly sends templated responses asking for the exact same attachments. When you spend real money in this game, you expect technical support to have the internal tools and willingness to cross-reference payment records when credentials need recovery. Plarium needs to overhaul its support triage. Real spending customers should not be locked out of their purchases due to basic ticket ping-pong. Ticket Reference: #7565186

I downloaded Mech Arena — a great game at first. Then the matchmaking decided I should get slapped around every single match, throwing me against opponents who are ten times stronger. The result: loss after loss, zero fun, just frustration. I contacted support and got the usual pre‑packaged reply, useless as always, “our team is working hard to make the experience even better!!” — yeah, sure, whatever. I’ve already spent more than enough money, and you won’t see another cent from me. Until you fix this crap, my wallet stays shut.
