How quickly do orders and trades usually happen?

Many reviewers describe buying or selling gold in a few minutes, and some report near-instant delivery or payout. However, a few mention waiting longer than expected or not receiving an order, so experiences are not uniform.

Can customers buy and sell game gold?

Reviews describe both buying gold and selling it to PieGP. Sellers often praise quick trades and prompt payment, while buyers commonly describe fast delivery, though some report orders that did not arrive.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Many customers describe support as friendly, quick to respond, and helpful with transaction steps or questions. Some reviewers who reported account or order problems felt their concerns were not resolved.

How do reviewers describe the prices?

Some reviewers consider the rates competitive or inexpensive, including after fees. Others say prices have increased, so customer opinions on value differ.

Do reviewers report account bans or other game-account consequences?

Yes. Some customers say buying gold was followed by a temporary or permanent account ban, or the loss of in-game wealth. Other reviewers report buying without account issues. The reviews therefore describe differing outcomes and do not establish that any transaction is risk-free.

Are there reports of delayed or missing orders and payments?

Most accounts describe quick transactions, but a few reviewers report waiting for an order or not receiving gold. One buyer describes a payment-related delay, while a seller says payment arrived the following day.

What do reviews say about refunds or compensation when something goes wrong?

Experiences differ. One reviewer says a failed trade was refunded promptly, and another describes receiving compensation after a payment delay. Other customers who reported account bans say they were not reimbursed, and some felt their issues were not addressed.

Clear steps in chat

The support chat made the steps clear, and I felt reassured instead of guessing my way through the trade.

honest thoughts as a first time buyer.

From placing the order to receiving the gold, the total time taken was less than 2 minutes. Service is incredible and reliable. They always have a representative ready, and the customer support is top quality as well. I've only ever needed customer support once, which is a testament to how good their service is. Really blown away by PieGP. This is NOT a paid review. I just know that I myself was sceptical about buying gold for the first time and I really want to be the one to convince someone who had the same feeling I did. Fast, easy, cheap and secure in terms of account bans - 130m+ purchased across 5 accounts and none suspended.

Sold 30b RS3 gp, another good trade. I've occasionally sold gp to them once or twice a year for the past three years. All my trades have gone smoothly, payment has always been prompt with zero issues.

DONT TRUST THEM

i was going about my day in osrs and this guy comes up to me and is nice and normal until he is like hey mate i have a ton of money but these GE limits are killing me, could you buy me as many of the regen braclets as you can, so i did and he ends up not giving me any money says he is doing a test on to see who all is the "real G's " and he tryed to get me to buy 2000M from the website with a card i mentioned i dont have a card and cannot do it and he got really aggressive and started trying to get me to use my brothers card and that its fine it will get refunded and all this and was no longer being friendly in any manner and he never gave my gold back so now im short gold but didnt get scammed at least. just dont buy gold guys and if your going to just buy a few bonds and sell them its better than going through PieGP
