The console was clear
The server console was easy to follow when something went wrong, which made setup less intimidating than I expected.

Mit KI erstellt
Looking at 51 reviews, almost all reviewers were very satisfied with the overall experience. Customers frequently praise the quick, helpful technical support, including assistance with server issues, setup, and modpacks. Many describe server performance as smooth and reliable, including for modded Minecraft. Reviewers also often highlight affordable pricing and an easy setup or upgrade process....
However, a few reviewers mention setup or information gaps, including mod-loader setup that could be clearer, an incomplete knowledge base, or limited server locations. There are also isolated reports of occasional lag or a modpack and Java configuration issue, though these are not recurring themes across the reviews.

Wonderful Customer Service
Andrew B helped our entire group get back into our server within the hour after it went down. Helped a ton and we really appreciate it!

Modpack ready
The modpack was running without the usual trial-and-error on my end. I asked for help getting it set up, and the response made the process feel manageable rather than intimidating. It’s also nice that the server handles a heavily modded setup smoothly; for the price, that’s a SOLID deal. Nothing fancy, just got to play.

Smooth and affordable
I’m impressed by the smooth server performance and quick support. Setup was easy, and my questions were handled without fuss. The pricing also feels very reasonable for what I get.

Thank you.
I have been using oddblox for a couple years now for several, several minecraft servers and I would just like to take a second to rave about a specific employee who helps with my tickets. His name is Andrew B. and he takes on majority of my tickets, I swear this man doesn't sleep. He is efficient, responsive, kind and goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. Thank you Andrew B. you are really amazing. I will literally never swap Minecraft Hosting Services because of this man single handedly.

Best server experience
The servers run smooth and stable. When you are not experienced with server setup, you can always ask the support and they will help you. If you have any issues with server or something else, it is always resolved very fast and in the right way too. Don't be afraid to pay for these services, as I found out, these servers are the best in support and performance.

Doesn't get any better(and cheaper)
I usually do not make reviews for any company, but Oddblox has shocked me in terms of its quality. I found out about it through here, and did not expect such high quality servers from them. Not only are the prices very reasonable, but if you ask, they can give you more ports and a bit more space for free. There are also no tricks, you pay, you get your service, and if you want more, you just ask or upgrade(if you are trying to get more ram that is). Honestly a hidden gem, and if you have the money, put it here, you will not just get your money's worth but above and beyond.

The Irreplaceable Server Host
Fantastic experience time after time. Above and beyond customer service, including their team installing all of our files for free without any hassle or drawn-out process. In the rare occasion technical errors have come up with the game (not their service) they have a great team to work on whatever the problem may be and solutions are found in a timely manner. Budget of all kinds, performance that suits, unmatched response times, and plenty user-friendly.
