How reliable is delivery, and how long might it take?

Reviews describe highly variable delivery. Some reviewers say their coins arrived within minutes, while many report waits of hours or longer, and some say their orders never arrived. Several say the wait exceeded the time they expected.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Many describe slow or absent replies and difficulty reaching support through chat, email, or social media. A few reviewers report helpful service or quick email responses, but these experiences are less common in the reviews.

Do reviewers report receiving the full order?

Some reviewers say they received only part of the amount ordered or that the purchase was not completed. Others describe receiving their full order, including one report of a larger order arriving in several parts.

What do reviews say about refunds when an order does not arrive?

Some reviewers who requested refunds say they had difficulty getting one or were still waiting after repeated follow-ups. The reviews do not establish a consistent refund experience.

Do reviewers mention requests for identification or card images?

Yes. Some reviewers say they were asked for identification, or identification and card images, after making a purchase. They describe this as unexpected or uncomfortable.

What do reviewers say about pricing?

A few reviewers describe the prices as good or competitive. This positive feedback appears alongside frequent complaints about delivery, incomplete orders, and support.

Still no coins

The coins never showed up, and I couldn't get a useful reply when I tried to sort it out. Not worth the hassle.

A frustrating wait

What a letdown when the coins still hadn't arrived after hours; the promised quick turnaround didn't match what happened, and getting a response was a struggle.

Delivery and support fell short

I paid for in-game currency and expected a straightforward delivery, but my order was still incomplete after hours. I spent much of that time trying to reach support and could not get a useful response. When I finally received attention, I was asked for identification after the purchase, which made me uncomfortable. Another concern was the lack of a clear path to a refund when the delivery did not arrive. The advertised speed did not match my experience at all. I would not place another order until the delivery process and customer assistance become much more reliable.

Terrible service

I ordered 300k MT and once they asked for my ID card with a picture I immediately knew it was a scam since the purchase has already gone through. I asked for a refund and have been getting non stop calls and emails asking me to no refund. Don’t buy from them.
