Email hiccup at first. Support helped sort out moving the account email, so I could get on with using it. The help felt personal rather than canned, which took the stress out of a purchase that had briefly gone sideways. Glad I asked instead of trying to sort it all out alone; it was alot easier with their help.
Several purchases in, and the newer site feels like a genuine improvement 🙂
The original account details matter here. After a block, I couldn't recover access because I hadn't been given them. I wouldn't rely on this as a main account.
Do not use it as main account despite the cs medals and stuff. The seller never gives original details so if you happen to be blocked you won't be able to unfreeze it. Always ask for original email and billing adress before buying, avoid losing your valued account
