A serious concern
A bad sign for anyone doing the work. The claim that boosters aren't being paid makes me question whether the arrangement is fair to the people providing the service. If that basic part isn't handled properly, I can't feel comfortable supporting or recommending it. This isn't a minor issue about how a boost is managed; it goes to whether the work is respected at all. I wouldn't want to get involved while that concern remains unresolved, and I'd need clear reassurance before changing my mind.
