Couldn't get through
A dead end with verification. I bought points, was sent to Discord, then couldn't complete the checks or open the requested ticket. Nobody replied, which was FRUSTRATING.

Blocked and stuck
The account was blocked soon after I got access, and I couldn't use it. Getting no useful response when I asked for help made the whole purchase feel like a bad gamble.

Unable to use my account
I paid for an account, but I could not log in. I opened a support ticket and got no reply. That left me stuck with something I could not use. My experience was very frustrating, and I cannot recommend the service when access problems are not resolved and support stays silent.

Scam
Scam, bought steam points and was told to go to their discord, they have made it so its impossible to verify and make a ticket like they asked for and none of the "staffs" reply, one big scam.
