How quickly do orders arrive?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers describe delivery in minutes, while others report waiting hours or not receiving their items.

How does the in-game claiming process work?

Some reviewers describe adding the bot, joining a game, and completing a trade. Others report delays, trouble joining a server, or problems with the bot accepting a friend request.

Will I receive the exact item I selected?

Not every reviewer says so. Some report that the bot offered a different version or that an item was out of stock when they tried to claim it.

Are the prices considered affordable?

Some reviewers praise the prices as low, while others call them expensive or say prices had increased. Price impressions differ across the reviews.

Do reviewers report that every order arrives?

No. While some describe receiving their purchases, others say an order did not arrive or that they could not complete the claim. The reviews reflect different outcomes.

What do reviewers say about getting help when a claim goes wrong?

Some reviewers say they sent a message but remained unsure what to do next. Others describe customer service negatively, so the reviews do not show a consistent support experience.

Claiming felt unclear

Honestly, the claim process left me unsure what to do next. I expected to move on to collecting the item, but getting the claim started took longer than I thought, and closing the page made it harder to feel confident I hadn't missed a step. I sent a message, though I still wasn't sure what else was needed. The purchase itself sounded promising, so this wasn't a complete write-off, but the uncertainty around claiming took a lot of the fun out of it. A clearer next step would have helped 🙂

Not the version I picked

The item mismatch at claiming. I chose one weapon, but the bot offered a different version instead. That left me unsure whether to accept it or wait, and it was a letdown after checking the listing. Maybe it works for some people, but I wanted the selection I actually picked.
