Getting the server going... I expected it to start when someone joined, but instead I had to enter the main lobby and start it with a command. Once I understood that, the hosting seemed okay; the confusing part was being told it would start on its own. A clearer explanation would have saved me some trial and error.

I tried protesting with others to say but the owner of life steal muted me and others for 1 hour. He gave out points to make it rigged and I didnt have a fun experience hence being exited before wards thinking it was fair. Please fix this I want to have a fair gameplay without any unfairness and hate. I grinded a lot but I never earned points and it was bugged. The owner who was muting everyone trying to protest including me was ‘saltyontheinside’.
Die Uptime beträgt ca 85%. Ein guter Gaming Server hat im Schnitt eine Verfügbarkeit von 99,5-99,9%. Laut Minehut Discord gibt es ca alle 2 Wochen einen Totalausfall sämtlicher Server, dann funktioniert für mind 24h gar nichts. Wenn man dann im Discord die Mods (Natalie) damit konfrontiert, wird man beleidigt und gesperrt. Die Preise sind sehr hoch und trotzdem sind lags keine Seltenheit. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass ich wenigstens einen Monat erstattet bekommen habe, der in der Zeit abgebucht wurde, als die Website mal wieder nicht zu erreichen war. Ansonsten kann ich am Support auch nichts positives lassen, da sie den Kunden wie ein minderjähriges Kind behandeln. Edit: Ich habe keine Erstattung für die Downtime bekommen. Ich habe lediglich eine automatische Zahlung erstattet bekommen, die erst nachdem minehut wieder da war, abgebucht wurde, da die Website über den Zeitraum nicht verfügbar war. Das werde ich mit dem Support klären, ich will auch für diesen Zeitraum eine Erstattung haben. Eure drecks mods haben mich während der downtime als Kind beleidigt und blockiert, da ich nachgefragt habe warum der Server alle 2 Wochen für mind. 24h weg ist. Während dessen wurde ich als Lügner bezeichnet, obwohl im Discord genau steht, wie oft ihr down seit. Das ganze wurde runtergespielt und eure drecks mods haben jeden beleidigt, der nach seinem Recht verlangt hat.
