How do winners find out, and how are prizes received?

Reviewers describe being contacted by phone or email after a win. Cash prizes were sometimes paid into a bank account, while physical prizes were collected or handed over. Many describe a smooth process, but a few report delays or missing follow-up information.

Do reviewers report problems with postal entries?

Yes. Several reviewers say postal entries did not appear on their accounts or were not credited before a draw, and some say they received no response after contacting the company. These are reports from individual reviewers, not confirmation of what happened in each case.

Are the live draws easy to follow?

A reviewer describes a live draw as easy to follow and says the win was confirmed afterward. Another says they watched their number being drawn.

How responsive is customer support?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers praise quick replies and clear communication, while others say they received no response to messages about postal entries or marketing communications.

What do reviewers think of ticket prices and the chances of winning?

Some reviewers consider ticket prices affordable and say the odds feel better than at other competitions. One reviewer was disappointed that free-ticket promotions appeared later, after they had already bought their tickets.

Have reviewers had trouble stopping marketing messages?

Some reviewers say texts or emails continued after they tried to opt out, and one describes difficulty unregistering an account. Another says a team member contacted them and assured them they had been removed from the mailing list.

Are details provided when a winner is offered a cash alternative to a car?

One reviewer who accepted a cash alternative after winning a car says they were not given the vehicle's details, such as its year or history, and felt the follow-up could have been smoother. This is a single reported experience.

payout side felt simple

after the win, a few clear steps to follow. i sent over what they asked for and the prize money reached my account quickly. that bit felt reassuring, especially after wondering if the competitions were genuine. the payout side was simple, which made the whole thing feel much less uncertain.

No live draw

Our office workers chipped in and entered a draw for £1000 recently buying over £100 worth of tickets. Winner was announced on the mental money website about 4 days after the contest closed. No announcement was made on facebook. In fact all posts advertising the draw were deleted off facebook. No live draw was streamed on any of their social media sites. All our comments asking about it on fb were deleted with no reply. After emailing them i got 2 replies from 2 different people. One said the live draw had already taken place on facebook which isnt true at all. The other email said they no longer do live draws for the cash prizes. I would never enter a contest like this with no live draw which acts as verification that a draw took place. No live draw makes the contest void and everyone who entered should be entitled to a refund

I entered and I won...

My experience is I entered one of the competitions and watched my number randomly get drawn on the live draw. I then got a voicemail from Aarron confirming I won a cash prize (I was at work and couldn't answer the call). I can only speak from my own experience and considering I am a cynic in life, I have reservations about most competitions but I entered and I won at a time where I really needed it.
