500 points feels like a lot

the 500-point minimum makes cashing out feel out of reach; earning enough takes longer than i expected.

Still waiting on it

I redeemed for a reward and it's still sitting pending. The points are gone, but nothing has arrived, and trying to get help hasn't cleared things up. That's a pretty frustrating dead end after putting time into earning them. I'd expected the cash-out part to be less uncertain.

I redeemed 1000 points for a $10 Roblox reward. The reward has been pending for over 70 days. I contacted support twice and never received a response. Points were deducted but no code was delivered. Very disappointing experience.

Wad good untill minimum redeem became 500 pts

was a good thing to use untill they changed to the fact that most minimum redeems are 500 points which is quiet a diffuclt amount to get, i used to use the website to get some quick robux but now i cant and probably others wont be really happy getting 500 points for a few weeks minimum? months?

Three gift Cards still Pending

Update 08/01/2026 STILL waiting for the ( seven 7) $5 Amazon gift cards to ship, still pending after a year! Update 12/23/2025 still waiting for a response or the gift cards! How long do others wait to receive? Not many tasks to earn with, Amazon Gift cards (3) $5.00 still pending for over two months now.. wondering what others do to get these funds credited?
