Yes. Several reviewers say their accounts were blocked and they could not access or withdraw their remaining balance. Some say they did not receive a clear reason or resolution.

How do reviewers describe customer support?

Many reviewers say support responded quickly and helped resolve their questions or issues. Others report that a chat or ticket was closed without a clear resolution.

What kinds of games or activities do reviewers mention?

Reviews refer to casino-style games and multiple game modes, including mines and crash, as well as contests. Some reviewers praise the variety, while individual comments criticize game outcomes.

Do reviews mention deposit or payment limitations?

One reviewer says the lack of Ukrainian bank cards made depositing difficult for them. The reviews provide little further detail about payment methods.

Are reviewer experiences with winning and game fairness consistent?

No. Some reviewers describe winning or positive results, while a few express concerns about game outcomes or say they lost money. These are individual accounts, and the reviews do not establish how typical either experience is.

Help stopped short

The chat ended before I got a resolution, and the account issue was still hanging over me. Hard to feel secure when help stops there.

An accusation, no clarity

The account was shut after ordinary bets, with an accusation but nothing concrete to back it up. I couldn't get a useful explanation, so being unable to trust that access would stay available left me UNEASY. That's a hard problem to overlook for me.

Blocked account, no withdrawal

Account blocked, balance inaccessible, and support offered no clear resolution. Not worth the risk.

Absolutely scammy and untrustworthy…

Absolutely scammy and untrustworthy bookmaker. They blocked my account without any real reason and accused me of arbitrage betting without showing a single piece of evidence. My bets were completely normal, nothing unusual at all. This is a shady project that clearly looks for excuses to deny customers access to their money and shut accounts down whenever it suits them. Extremely dishonest behavior — avoid this bookmaker at all costs.

I literally placed a couple of bets on sports. All bets were won, there was a balance of $892, and I withdrew $300. I log in this morning and my account is blocked. I write to the chat, they say wait, wait, wait, then the chat is closed. There is no way to renew it. There are $588 left in the account. Scam site. I do not advise you to contact them.
