the account i paid for was suspended, and sorting it out meant being asked to pay again. i wasn't willing to put more money into something i'd already bought. i ended up with nothing usable, and the whole thing felt like a waste. that left me with no confidence in the purchase.

They gave me an account that was suspended. This was about a year and aThey gave me an account that was suspended. This was about 2 year ago!!
