Not the coverage I wanted

More tabloid than games coverage. The articles seem more interested in making gamers the story than discussing games, which isn't what I want from a gaming site.

An expectation that fell short

The Pokémon Sleep coverage set me up to expect an AR feature, but the release didn’t match what the articles had led me to think. That made the site harder to trust; its gaming reporting can miss important context, so I now check elsewhere before relying on a claim.

Too much clickbait

I came for clear gaming news. I mostly found opinion presented as fact and headlines designed to provoke clicks. The coverage often seemed more interested in criticizing players than discussing games. I also noticed claims that did not match what I expected from a reliable publication. I left feeling misled and stopped using it.

Stop forcing woke Morales

They are out to destroy traditional games unless the game in question tries to impose political garbage. There is a reason Ubisoft has taking a nose dive and companies that pander will also follow. People want to be immersed in the fantasy of games and they don't need a reminder of current political nonsense that is turning all their beloved memories and hobbies into the abominations that have been churned out by all small crowd that happens to shout that loudest.

Kotaku hates gamers

Kotaku is one of the gaming journalist sites that does not talk about video games, and rather does hit articles on gamers. They shouldn't be categorized as a video game journalists, but rather as cancan or a tabloid.

Kotaku is a front for Marxists and Communists, who continuously spew hateful and culture-destroying content. Kotaku encourages and supports unhealthy and potentially deadly ideologies and lifestyles. Definitely not safe for kids or anyone who is impressionable really.
