How quickly do codes arrive?

Many reviewers describe receiving codes within minutes or soon after ordering. Others report waits of up to 24 hours or longer, and a few describe delayed or missing orders, so delivery speed appears to vary.

Do the codes usually work?

Many reviewers say their codes were valid and redeemed successfully. A small number report a code that did not work or appeared to have already been redeemed.

Is ordering straightforward?

Reviewers often describe checkout and purchasing as easy and clear. Some say an order was delayed or rejected, and a few report having to provide identity documents before receiving a purchase.

How do reviewers describe the prices?

Several customers consider the prices fair or relatively inexpensive compared with other sites. A few find the service somewhat pricey, though one reviewer still considered it more affordable than alternatives.

Are all products always available?

Not always. Some reviewers mention items being out of stock or wanting more choices, while another says cards sometimes sold out and later returned to stock.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Some reviewers praise helpful or polite service, including when a delivery problem was resolved. Others report slow or absent responses when an order or code had a problem, so support experiences vary.

Can customers outside Japan use the service?

Reviewers from several countries describe buying Japanese-region cards for music, games, and other purchases they could not make through their local storefronts.

Warning! Do not order from here!

Warning!! Please do not buy from this site. The products are advertised as instant delivery, the item I ordered was in stock and even after 6 hours still no product, I contacted support 2 days ago and still no response so I contacted PayPal to get a resolution and I still have to wait 10 days to even start getting money back. Once I raised a support ticket on the japan-codes site they instantly put my order on hold. This is a very frustrating experience and I advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from here to use another site.

Good but a bit slow

Customer service was polite but not instant, the card delivered within 24hrs. I am a first time user so I'm not sure whether it has to do with verification but rest assured this is not a scam site, its just a bit slow.
