Is the app easy to use for everyday shopping?

Many reviewers find it straightforward to buy gift cards and earn cashback while shopping at retailers they already use. Some say they use gift cards in store, including through Apple Wallet.

How quickly do gift cards and cashback become available?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers describe gift cards or cashback arriving quickly, while others report delays before a gift card arrives or cashback moves from pending to available. A delay has disrupted a few shoppers' planned purchases.

Is it easy to cash out?

Several reviewers say cashing out was simple, and some report receiving funds quickly. Reviewers mention a £10 minimum in their experiences, so check the current terms before relying on a particular threshold.

Is there a good choice of retailers?

Reviewers appreciate having different retailers to choose from, including supermarkets, and say this makes cashback useful for regular spending. Experiences reflect the retailers reviewers have tried.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Some reviewers describe support as helpful and quick to reply, including when they needed help with an app glitch or a linked bank change. However, one reviewer with an unusable voucher felt they did not receive useful help resolving the issue.

Have reviewers reported problems using gift cards?

A few report delays, account access trouble, or a gift card showing no usable balance. One reviewer also says checking a gift card balance can require asking staff. These reports contrast with many reviews describing smooth purchases and use.
