Followers don’t match the advertised quality, and support hasn’t responded

I purchased Instant Famous’s package of 250 followers for just over $5, advertised as real, active accounts. However, the followers I received appeared newly created, with the same pattern (exactly six posts, all published on the day they followed me). I contacted support about these concerns and requested to speak with a real agent, but I haven’t received a response. I’ve also requested a refund under their advertised three-day money-back guarantee but no one has responded yet. If I don’t hear back within 24 hours, I intend to contact my bank to dispute the payment and submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Spare yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere.

Someone followed through

The useful detail was being able to ask questions and get a considerate reply instead of feeling brushed off. Really pleased with the process

Really pleased with how straightforward the order felt. The service was easy to use, and the order completed almost immediately, which made the whole process pleasantly low effort. Services works well as intended

**Rewriting this review as a secondary experience** upon contacting their services to leave a feedback about my experience -- I received an email back from them a few hours wanting to resolve the issue. They offered to fix the problem by issuing the proper user-likes & managed to gradually send the likes instead of it being instant. Afterwards, I was satisfied with the services. 1. The staff-on the website was quick to resolve the issue and was very understanding and nice about it. 2. The problem was closely monitored & solved promptly. (Due note, "VIP Likes" is how you get a better service, its a bit more expensive but worth it in my opinion if you want a more 'realistic' experience) I have yet to try their other services such as follows or comments ect. but looking forward to a much pleasant experience knowing that they will resolve the issue if something does go wrong :)
