No delivery or reply

REALLY frustrating - the order never arrived, and messages went unanswered. I expected a game service to at least provide a clear update when delivery was delayed. Instead, there was no useful response and no result, so the purchase felt like a complete waste from start to finish.

My order never came through

I never received my order. Basically stole 30.00 from me. Kinda crazy they keep sending me an email to review. Waste of money. At one point they were good but I think it’s a scam now.
