Cost gives me pause
The extra charge is the part that gave me pause; it makes the purchase feel less appealing than the simple process first suggests. On the other hand, the service itself was handled quickly, and I didn’t have to struggle through the steps. I’d be happier if the added cost felt more reasonable, but I can see the convenience when I need a code without much delay. So, a useful option, just one where I’d check the final cost before deciding. That balance left me neither fully pleased nor completely put off.
