So disappointing they allow unlicensed apps to run riot and leave them on fir weeks until they remove them which could of done alot of damage to a phone pc etc how does a unsuspecting user know these unlicensed apps have spyware in them if they do its too late the damage would of been done and google play points is a joke I can predict what I get and for past few weeks got it spot on 2 bloody points go to hell this and the meta store are the 2 worst stores ever

Aiding criminal activity online! If i could give zero i would!. I was recently scammed by a well known App Ling. It had charged me for a lifetime account. However, i never received anything..the app did not unlock. The money was taken for sure. It has been almost a week since this issues..i have been emailing, calling reviewing , looking for and making all sorts of contact. But nothing but automated responses. I applied for the refund..i gave proof and evidence the app does not work. Even adding screenshots. Google sided with these criminals and said my case doesnt go through..absolute criminals..even with evidence..i canf believe it. You just allow them to steal £194.99..its a lot of money!
They charged me over $100 for an app when it said 7 day free trial and even canceled same day I got it! But still charged me and will NOT refund me and will not let me call anyone just getting stupid pre written emails. Awful service

Grosse arnaque j'ai voulu acheter une ecarte cadeau pour mon fils je me suis trompé et j'ai pris une Google Play que j'ai activé mais pas l'utiliser. Intégralité du montant est toujours sur mon solde de Google Play. Je demande qu'une nouvelle carte soit crédité pour que je puisse me faire rembourser. Déjà on peut avoir personne au téléphone. On est avec un chatbot qui fait que de répéter les mêmes choses encore et encore. Quand on lui demande de parler à une personne physique qui t'assure que ça n'est une. Tu recommences la conversation avec un autre chatte boîte et c'est exactement mot pour mot les mêmes choses. À la virgule près. Maintenant j'ai un solde Google Play que je n'utiliserai pas et qui ne veulent pas rembourser. Soi-disant le politique. Prends-toi un grand groupe on ne gagnera jamais. bande de voleur
I get an ai bot in reponse to emails from Google Play the ai bot is pathetically stupid. I get double charges and triple charges on my bank account from Google Playstore where one goes through and refunded. Google Play is in charge of this. I cleared cache of app i still get double charges and triple charges. Google Play will not clear corrupted data from my account. I just will not make any more Google Play or Google Play Store Google Play Store has market corner
