Scammers. They sold me a game account only to disable the console-sharing functionality 15 days later, leaving me unable to play the game. I spent days trying to get their support to resolve the issue, but they kept stalling and treating me like a fool. Despite repeatedly requesting a refund, they continued to ignore my requests. Absolutely disgraceful service. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs.
Pretty alarming to be given account access instead of a game I could use freely. When I hit a problem, the help stopped coming.

Ordered Need For Speed payback for ps4. After over 2 hours of waiting I decided to text the support. It was helpful at first and provided the account credentials. But when I tried to set my ps4 as primary (like stated) I got logged out again. The support then accused me of trying to change the password, which i did not. They said they won't do refunds because I had "violated the terms of service" The support ignored me ever since. Already reported them to Difmark, but I have no hope that that will do anything...
The game never became usable, and asking for help got me nowhere. Paying for something I couldn't access was a frustrating dead end.

Even worse, they won’t even try and resolve the issue and have offered zero help to actually resolve the issue. It is incredibly frustrating to pay full price for a game that doesn't work, only to be met with terrible support. Save your money and avoid this company.
