I made an order

I made an order, even though it claims instant delivery I never received tried to talk to online chat they did not respond. Next day I go back and and was not even rude said I never received my order and at this point I’d rather cancel as I filled my order somewhere else. He tells me cancel is not an option. Finnaly i receive my email with account log in and they tagged a nice friendly note on it. It states, The following note has been added to your order: if you being smart with us then your all previous account will be revoked so just come to live chat and take your account which you ordered Yeah I’m done with you guys you can not take back accounts you have legally sold that is fraud.
