I purchased the monthly membership, but to be honest, the overall experience has been very disappointing. Some EAs can be downloaded immediately after purchase, while others require contacting your staff to receive the files. The problem is with the latter. I have purchased several products, but I still have not received them. In some cases, I was sent a version that was not the one I ordered. Each time I report the issue, communication stops for a period of time before I receive any further response. I have kept records of all communications, purchase receipts, and proof of payment. If I continue not to receive the products I purchased, I will have no choice but to contact my credit card company and dispute these charges as transactions for goods that were not delivered.
Really fantastic support, willing to help until your setup is ready. If something doesn't work, they will fix it or replace it, even months after you bought it. Really good customer service
