Oof, not as expected

Oof, the script wasn't what I expected and didn't work properly. After I raised the issue, I didn't get a reply, so I was left with something I couldn't use.

Extremely disappointing support

Extremely disappointing. The scripts and server files I received did not work as presented, and some appeared incompatible with the setup they were meant for. That would have been frustrating but manageable if support had helped. Instead, my ticket was left unanswered, so I was stuck trying to diagnose problems alone. I also found the lack of a clear resolution frustrating when I asked about the purchase. The whole experience felt like paying for something unfinished and then being left without practical help.

No customer support at all

Bought a fivem server for $200 that has LEAKED files mlo's that don't work and many more issues. made a ticket but they never replied. i want a refund 100%. since here in NLD we have a LAW that handles Koop op afstand (purchase online) that protects the buyer i will give you one final chance to grand my request before i will make this into a civil case in court.

AVOID I GOT SCAMMED! I purchased a 300$ server pack made by a developer called 'Dracula'. After insisting on getting it to run on both a home PC and hosted server, the game's functionality is broken. Furthermore, the reason why the server doesnt work (e.g. ammunation not opening, no menu mini market, no gang creation menu etc.) ALL THE PREMIUM SCRIPTS ARE LOCKED BY THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR!!!! THEY SELL FAKE SERVER PACKS!!! I paid a year ago 300$ in good faith this would be a plug-and-play experience. After a year of struggling, I eventually came across the discord of the server's developer and created a ticket. He told me not to bother and waste time with this since 'You got scammed sir' after showing him the invoice from fivem-store.com. He also told me that all his scripts are locked by him and only those servers purchased on his site do work. Bottom line: DON'T TRUST FIVEM-STORE.NET THEY ARE S C A M M E R S ! ! ! !
