Really frustrating to find a parcel left exposed, with the delivery photo showing it somewhere that wasn't my address. There was no useful help afterwards, so the whole thing became my problem to untangle. I just wanted it left somewhere safe and correct. That seems basic enough.
Had to give 1 star, no option to give zero! By far the worst delivery company, despite stiff opposition. No care taken with products, shame on the companies that use their pitiful service
The worst courier! Ordered on Tuesday,paid for next day delivery. Wednesday showed out for delivery! Then a notification that is was delayed. Then the same Thursday. Then friday, out for delivery 1-3pm! Never showed up! Then another notification its been delayed! Awful service! Every delivery i have had from Evri has been late! Do not use!
Scam artists. Sent a guitar with them - they happily took the payment and sold me insurance. They lost the parcel and suggested I put in a claim. They rejected the claim, asserting that fragile items are not covered. When I asked why fragile items are more likely to be lost, they stopped replying. Don’t waste your money with these clowns
Waiting for parcel delivery no help from evri at all I have triedmany to no avail so don't use them Far too frustrating and they have spoilt a birthday waiting for parcel or confirmation of delivery
Once again sent a photo of our package being delivered to a wrong address ! No interest in trying to recover the item suggest we might like to go door knocking in the hope of getting it back . That is on top of items left outside our gate on a public road in the pouring rain

Tracking stayed stuck after the parcel was dropped off, and the updates didn't make it any clearer when it might arrive. A frustrating wait.
Appalling service from EVRI .. As usual,,,, I don't think I have ever had a good experience from them. My delivery was late, Always late... The driver left my package by the dustbins away from the house and if it wasn't for my neighbour I would not have seen it. It was pouring with rain and I am trying to dry the package out. They said it was left in a secure place!!!! Really? Will try and find out next time when I order something that they do not use EVRI. I certainly won't be using them. They never fail to disappoint.
