How quickly are orders delivered?

Experiences vary. Many reviewers describe quick or trouble-free delivery, while others report delays of several hours or days, or say an order did not arrive.

Do customers find live support helpful?

Many reviewers say support responds quickly and helps with questions or account and top-up difficulties. Some others report slow or insufficient help when an order or payment goes wrong.

Are orders always delivered as described?

Not according to every reviewer. Some report receiving an order without problems, while others describe missing game currency, an incorrect product, or a purchase for which they did not receive the code or card details.

What do reviews say about refunds?

Reports are mixed. One reviewer describes getting good customer service with a refund issue, while others say a refund was refused or that the process became difficult after an undelivered order.

Do customers report problems with payments or account balances?

Some reviewers say balance top-ups worked quickly or that staff helped them complete a transaction. Others report payment or withdrawal difficulties, including a payment without receiving the product code and trouble withdrawing a balance to a bank account.
