Not the format I expected

I expected a game code, but what arrived was access through an account and a set of steps to get it working. That wasn't clear to me when I bought it, and the process left me uneasy. When I needed help, I couldn't find a working way to contact support.

lost access, no help

the game access i was given stopped working, and i couldn't get back in. trying to reach support led nowhere, so i'm left with a purchase i can't use and no clear way to sort it out. i wouldn't risk buying a game this way again.

J’ai acheté un jeu chez eux en février…

J’ai acheté un jeu chez eux en février 2024. Suite à cela, on m’a donné un compte switch avec plusieurs manipulations à faire pour qu’il puisse s’intégrer sur ma console. Maintenant, ça me demande de remettre un mot de passe que je n’ai jamais eu donc le jeu que j’ai acheté, je ne peux plus l’utiliser. J’ai essayé de contacter la plate-forme, mais l’onglet pour le chat Live n’existe plus et l’adresse mail info@enjify . com fourni sur le site n’existe pas.
