Server kept stalling

The server kept stalling during play... and I couldn't get the issue sorted through support. Not what I needed from a game host.

Payment issue left unresolved

After payment went through, the account still showed an unpaid invoice and messages got no useful reply. A support ticket led nowhere, leaving the server issue unresolved and the refund question hanging. The setup itself mattered less than being unable to get help when billing went wrong. Very frustrating 😕

1 von 5 Sternen (Am liebsten 0) Ich kann EliteArk absolut nicht empfehlen. Hier sind die Hauptgründe: Miserabler Support & Toxic Admin: Das Support-Team ist eine Vollkatastrophe. Besonders der Admin Chaos ist extrem toxisch. Cheater scheinen hier ausdrücklich erwünscht und erlaubt zu sein. Regeln werden nicht durchgesetzt: Es gibt zwar Regeln, aber kein Admin kümmert sich darum. Als Spieler muss man 24/7 Aufnahmen, Clips und Screenshots machen – und wartet dann trotzdem 2 bis 3 Tage auf eine Antwort im Ticket. Teaming auf Solo-Servern: Der Solo-Server ist lächerlich. Teaming wird einfach geduldet, somit ist es absolut kein Solo-Server mehr. Meshen wird erlaubt: Mesh-Bugs werden einfach durchgewunken mit Ausreden wie „Er hat es nicht absichtlich gemacht“. Lootboxen sind reiner Scam: Ich habe einen 75$-Gutschein eingelöst und nur absoluten Müll bekommen. Alles, was man für das Geld kriegt, ist nach 3 bis 4 Stunden Spielzeit sowieso erreichbar – reine Geldverschwendung. Server-Performance & Datenverlust: Die Server laggen extrem, hängen sich auf und teilweise werden einfach Maps gelöscht, auf denen Spieler gebaut haben. Fake-Spielerzahlen: Am Wipe-Start werden 600 bis 1000 Spieler angezeigt, wovon über 50 % reine Bots sind. Nach 4 bis 5 Tagen sind die Server komplett tot. Das Einzige, was ich positiv hervorheben kann: Ronnie hat ein Herz, versteht den Stress der Gamer und versucht wirklich zu helfen. Seine Admins hingegen sind an Inkompetenz kaum zu übertreffen.

EliteGameServers, you guys are bunch of scammers all together. I want my money back I paid the invoice for a SoF2 server, the site keeps reminding me to pay an invoice. I sent them a proof of it through mail. After that my mails got blocked, the open ticket system magically does not work and i'm left with only one option to cancel the subscription which means i'm not getting my money back according to their policy. They dont answer their mails they dont care. I should've known better. Please first look at their refund policy, you'll know exactly what I mean. People, be wise, DO NOT rent a server here if you want a proper service. It's a wonder this is legal even, what a fraud.

Heel slecht op dit moment. Ik heb betaald maar de site liep vast en heeft de betaling niet geregistreerd, gevolg server is offline gehaald en krijg al weken lang geen contact met ze.

Used to be a decent company

Used to be a decent company, now it's just horrible. Took a server for 1 month, paid but their system failed and told me I didn't pay. Created a support ticket, after a week they closed it with no reply. Nothing solved. Send them an email, no reply. You are better of somewhere else.

I had purchased 1 month didn't like it…

I had purchased 1 month didn't like it so I cancelled 07/24. It has been a year since I've had service for one month with this company and then all of a sudden they are trying to charge me for last month and this month just out of the blue. I contacted them through a support ticket and they have not even contacted me back.

Literally a scam

Aren't replying for 2 months. I paid through ideal, but never got the credit. Mails are not replied to, and neither are the tickets.

poor quality servers.net

Their slogan is "made by gamers for gamers", which couldn't be less true. They explicitly don't mention the advertisements on your servers. I rented a teamspeak server and there is no option to change the logo or welcome message which is just a link to their site. There isn't even an option to upgrade to remove this and no mention they do this on the sale page or in their help desk docs. Just a big ugly banner on your team speak which you payed for. Contacted support? Good luck getting a responce. Good thing I only wasted a few quid before upgrading a year.

Bought UT99 server and it was severely…

Bought UT99 server and it was severely outdated. They need to apply 469d patch and I tried for 4 days to contact tech support with no hope. Run away far from this company, for all i know they scammed me my $12. Go with well known gaming host, trying to save headache for other people
