Customer service is literally just a chance for him to insult you. If his code have problems. He will made up lies and blame you for it. You will not get opportunities to provide proofs. Expect to never get a refund. Don't even try.
If you can redeem codes without problems then great. If the opposite then the seller will bombard you with abuse and insults. He even accused me of fraud as I was buying codes from outside the USA.
With the prices being 2 or even 3 times cheaper then other stores (even though its digital rather than discs) there is also instant delivery and cheap prices. Bought 4 movies for 8 dollars in all.

I can't confirm the bad reviews about the customer service since I haven't had to contact them, but everything is great, and they add movies regularly. For the price they sell their code for, I am extremely satisfied.
I purchased a code the would not work. I contacted iTunes as the seller would not offer a refund or a replacement. I ended up having to get PayPal to open a dispute to get a refund. The seller was a Complete cock so avoid him at all costs.
