I got a skin from a giveaway. it took me more than 3 weeks to get to my inventory. When I tried to redeem it it said i needed to deposit. I deposited, took a week to count because I used skins to deposit. After one week I tried to redeem the skins and it said I need to verify my identity with documents (In the past it wasn't necessary) I send my documents to verify. It says that I will get an answer in about 24 - 48 hours. I wait for more than 3 days. I send a support ticket asking if everything is fine with the documents. They don't reply for about two day. I send another message asking if they can help me with this situation. They don't reply either. It's been almost a full week since all this have begin and nothing has been done about. In the past this website used to be very good, but nowadays it's been abandoned and no one helps. Be careful when using it and depositing on the website
