Extremely disappointing experience and serious data security concerns
I used BullRush in the past, and I recently discovered through Malwarebytes Identity Protection that my personal information appeared in the BullRush data breach reported in February 2026.
The information exposed in my case includes my email address, phone number, and physical address.
How are customers supposed to trust a company with their personal information when their data ends up exposed in a breach?
Even though no password was shown as exposed in my personal alert, having sensitive personal information such as my phone number and physical address leaked is still a serious privacy and security issue. This information can potentially be used for phishing, scams, impersonation, and social engineering.
Trust is something a company earns by protecting its customers and their data. When personal customer information is exposed, that trust is seriously damaged.
Looking back, trusting this company with my personal information was a big mistake on my part.
This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in BullRush.
Customers deserve better security, better transparency, and better protection of their personal information.
I strongly recommend that anyone who has used BullRush check whether their personal information has been exposed and remain extremely cautious of suspicious emails, calls, or messages.
