Still stuck on payout
Frustrating... I completed work through the marketplace expecting the balance to be withdrawable, but the request has stayed unresolved. Each time I asked support, the explanation sounded much the same, without a clear answer on when the money would arrive. That leaves me unable to treat completed jobs as dependable income, which is the main reason this has soured the experience. The site may connect sellers with orders, but that doesn't help much when getting paid is uncertain. I wish the payment issue had been handled plainly... instead, I'm left waiting and wary of taking on more work here.
