account access gone wrong
account access gone wrong. i expected the remote setup to keep my character secure, but the conversation shifted toward sharing login details. after that, items were missing from my account, and i was left trying to work out how access had continued. the steam connection made changing the password feel less reassuring than it should have. i should have stopped when the request changed. losing trust was bad enough; worrying about what else could be taken made the whole experience even worse.
